Studio Blaq Dance Teams

Studio Blaq Dance, “SBD” was created to uplift the lives of young girls and boys through the art of dance. The idea for SBD began when founder saw a need to unify and uplift the majorette along with a variety of genres of dance. The founder decided to dedicate her time and experience to create positive programs that would be of value and benefit young girls and boys in the community.  SBD will always continue to strive for greatness and growth in their young girls and boys.

We aim to create a nurturing environment for the recreational dancer and the aspiring professional dance artist.  Our goal is to teach our students:

• Style
• Technique
• Showmanship
• Leadership
• Community Service

Studio Blaq have since been in numerous majorette dance competitions, national parades which have been televised and have also won multiple awards while continuing to improve and change young girls’ and boys’ lives through dance.
